Model 730 Steel Drum Tumbler

End-over-end tumble mixing in 55-gallon steel drums is a rapid, effective and economical method for mixing or blending wet and/or dry materials. Single and double drum designs with constant or variable speed drives.

Features:

    • "Removable drum" design permits mixing in suppliers' drums; eliminates loading, unloading, cleaning of fixed containers
    • One tumbling unit can be used for varied materials, colors, etc., by using additional drums.
    • Heavy welded steel plate construction provides  maintenance-free service, shock-resistance, rigidity.
    • Drum holder opens quickly, easily, locks securely.
    • On variable speed machines, speeds can be changed while unit is operating.
    • Options: Revolution counters, timers, electric brakes, 30 gallon yoke adapter, motor controls, hydraulic drum lifter 
    • Spare parts are available

Specifications:

    • Handles loads up to 1000 lbs. per drum.

    • Heavy duty ball bearing pillow blocks.

    • Clearance required when operating: 45" deep x 50" high.

Motor:

1 HP, 230/46OV, 60 cycle, three phase, totally enclosed. Other motors are available upon special request.

Model 931 CTV Mixer/Blender

Offset end-over-end tumble blending of a wide variety of can or pail sizes. Designed to handle up to 100 pounds per container. Effective and economical method of blending dry materials and mixing of wet materials. Comes standard with variable speed drive having a speed range of 5 to 44 rpm. Sturdy all welded steel construction. Quick release mounting of pails and cans holds containers securely. Optional items include run timer, explosion-proof motor and controls (for single speed operation) , and special mounting attachments to handle non-standard containers.

 

 

Model 792 Heavy-Duty Tumbler


Features:

  • Can be used to rotate fiber or steel drums.
  • Positive roller chain drive, heavy-duty pillow blocks and minimum overhung load assure smooth tumbling action.
  • Welded steel frame and base provide rigid support. Must be bolted to floor.
  • Tumbler is designed so base of drum holder pivots downward allowing drum to be slid onto it.
  • Drum easily tilted into locking position. No lifting.
  • Exclusive Quick-Release drum-holding fixture adjusts to accommodate most common sizes of fiber drum. Fixture holds drum securely during tumbling, yet can be changed easily.
  • Options: Electric motor brake, timers, motor controls.
  • Optional drum extenders provide the 25% void recommended for thorough mixing. Extenders handle specific ranges of drum diameters; length and diameters of drums must be specified.
  • Spare parts are available.

Specifications:

Handles loads up to 1000 lbs., drums up to 24-1/2" diameter from 25" to 43" high; 20?1/4 to 36" high with optional extenders.
